The HAA are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2026 student and professional research grants. We are offering one award for each category, valued at ZAR 15,000.
To be eligible, members must be in good standing with the association, reside in Africa and be working in any field of original research on African herpetology.
New for 2026: awardees will be required to either present their research at the next HAA conference (as a talk or a poster), or at an online symposium.
Deadline is the 25th of May. Applications should be sent to awards@africanherpetology.org.
